Food Services

A lunch account is automatically created for your child when you complete the registration process. When a student purchases lunch, they will be asked for their student ID number, which doubles as their personal lunch account number. This number will remain the same for each student from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Kindergarten and first grade teachers work with the students to learn their numbers and guide them through the lunch process.

Lunch Accounts and Payment Information

The intent of a student lunch account is to operate like a debit card and allow purchases when funds are available. Therefore, it is important to maintain a positive account balance. Lunch accounts with a negative balance of $10 or more will be suspended until the account is paid in full. This means your child will be unable to purchase a school lunch.

To add money to your child(ren)’s lunch accounts, login to your PowerSchool ParentPortal account. Click “Balance” Image of balance button from ParentPortal and then “Make a Payment”. Image of make a payment buttonThis will take you to RevTrak where you will see the names of the students linked to your account. From there you can make a one-time deposit to a child’s account, or you can login to your RevTrak account and set up auto-replenish. If you have multiple children, keep in mind that each child has their own balance which must be maintained separately.
