New to School Lunch

A lunch account is automatically created for your child when you complete the registration process. Every student has a lunch account. Credentials can be found in the PowerSchool Parent Portal on the Lunch System Instructions page.

When a student purchases lunch, they will be asked for their student ID number, which doubles as their personal lunch account number. This number will remain the same for each student from 1st grade through 8th grade. First grade teachers work with the students to learn their numbers and guide them through the lunch process.

Lunch Accounts and Payment Information

We are pleased to announce the launch of Vanco Food, which allows you to make deposits directly into student meal accounts and to set up Auto Replenish for low balances. Follow these steps to link your new lunch account to your existing PowerSchool and RevTrak account:

New Lunch Program Billing Guidelines

The intent of a student lunch account is to operate like a debit card and allow purchases when funds are available. Therefore, it is important to maintain a positive account balance. Lunch accounts with a negative balance of $10 or more will be suspended until the account is paid in full. This means your child will be unable to purchase a school lunch.

RevTrak Checkout

Since RevTrak uses a secure server to protect your credit card information, another sign-in is required. Enter your email address and indicate whether you are a new or returning customer. If this is your first time on RevTrak, you must create an account by clicking on “create a new account.” If you are a returning customer, enter your RevTrak password. If you have forgotten the password, click on the password reminder prompt. Tip: use the email address you provided during student registration. More detailed instructions about using RevTrak are available.

Low Balance Notifications

Account low balance reminders are sent electronically when your account balance falls below $10 per person in the account. In order to purchase a lunch, there must be money in your child's account. Lunch accounts with a negative balance of $10 or more will be suspended until your account is paid in full.

Lunch Costs

The cost for a full lunch, including milk, for grades 1-6 is $4.79 and for grades 7-8 it is $5.23. Milk purchased separately is 40 cents. Monthly menus and nutritional information can be found on each school’s web site.
