Interested families can join the Noon or 7 pm presentation through the Zoom links provided. Please

A
recording of our first D39 Parent Education event of the year titled “Responding to School Safety Incidents: The Standard Response Protocol” is available now and please
visit our D39 Parent Education webpage for more information and recordings from presentations from previous years.
Board of Education
The Board of Education gathered this Monday morning for its monthly Committee of the Whole meeting. At this meeting, the Board recognized a
wonderful group of 19 newly tenured educators, was presented with the final FY27 budgets for both District 39 and WCSEA, reviewed
proposed 2026-27 annual goals and high-leverage action steps for our strategic plan, received a review on 2027 summer construction projects and future capital planning, and heard a presentation on solar panels from a D39 Alum and representative of Go Green Wilmette.
Agendas and materials for Board of Education meetings are posted online the Friday prior to the meeting.
