Registration for the 2026-27 Academic Year
Registration for the 2026-27 school year remains open! ALL students, including those already attending D39 schools, must register for the 2026-27 academic year. If you have not done so already, please register your child(ren) as soon as possible. Your completed registration helps us plan for class placement and staffing, and ensure we are able to hire the very best teachers around!

• For returning students, visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click on the registration link, and follow the instructions.
• For students new to D39, visit wilmette39.org/enroll for instructions on the new student registration process.

Elementary School Parent/Teacher Conferences
Registration for spring parent/teacher conferences is now open! Conferences for families with children in elementary school will take place on March 26-27, immediately preceding Spring Break. These conferences offer a wonderful opportunity to nurture the important family/teacher partnership in support of our students’ learning and growth.

We will continue to use the same platform as in recent years; however, Meet the Teacher has been rebranded as Tes’ Parent Meetings. Additionally, we have designated specific time windows for virtual and in-person conferences. After you select your preference (virtual or in-person), you will be given the opportunity to select your time in the designated time window. If time slots for your preferred method of conferencing are unavailable, please contact your child’s teacher to make accommodations.

Parent Education
Thank you to everyone who attended our Parent Education event “Preparation for New Trier: A Freshman Perspective” on Wednesday evening! We are incredibly grateful for our wonderful panelists from the WJHS Class of 2025 who came back to share their insight and perspective on the transition from WJHS to high school.

Mark your calendars for our next Parent Ed event titled “When Love Doesn’t Conquer All - Dealing With Behavior Difficulties,” which is set for Wednesday, April 15 at 11 am. This event will be conducted virtually via Zoom and registration is open now.

Please visit our D39 Parent Education webpage for our full 2025-26 schedule as well as recordings from previous events.
