| A brief history of this landmark/trademark: | Navy Pier has been a landmark since 1916. It is also a theme park with lots of things to do. For example, a ferris wheel, a crystle garden, an ice skating rink, an I Max theater, tour boats, and more! |
| The importance of this landmark/trademark to Chicago is: | Navy Pier is one of Chicago`s favorite places. It was also used for training by 60,000 US soldiers and 15,000 planes. |
