"Teaching should offer learners opportunities to solve problems,
expand their knowledge,
transform ideas and extend information."

                                                                      Tomlinson and Kalbfleisch,1998

My Teaching Philosophy:
     A teacher's jobs are many--as it is
   the creative weaving of diverse student
  needs, skills, goals, interests and weaknesses;
   all while pleasing students, parents,
             community and administration.
  At the heart of it all must be the student!

Strive to invite acceptance, encourage reaching, variety, flexibility, creativity, laughter, music  and  structure, discipline, work with high expectations.
