Registration, Enrollment & Transportation Information

Welcome!

NOTE: There have been some problems with Registration passwords in the past week; if you are unable to successfully log in to the Registration system, please contact Dane McGregor mcgregod@wilmette39.org. Due to this problem, the deadline for inclusion in the School Directories has been extended to 8/31/09.

Enrollment

Is your child new to the district?

Families of Kindergarten students and all families new to the district must visit their school's main office in person to enroll and obtain their Student Web ID and Login Password. Please note that it may take up to a few days after you enroll for your information to be available on-line to do registration. School offices closed for the summer June 16, 2009. The offices will be open for enrollment again on August 5 – 7, 2009.

Forms

Downloadable forms are in PDF format, and may be viewed with Preview (on a Mac) or with Adobe Reader (any platform).

Registration

letterOn Line Registration

For those already enrolled in District 39, letters with new registration information for 2009-2010 were mailed mid-May with usernames and new passwords, and instructions for how to perform on-line registration.

Those of you just enrolling at District 39 should receive this letter within a week of enrolling at your school office.

What's the Difference Between Enrollment and Registration?

Registration is the annual verification of information about your student, where you provide emergency contact information, update medical information, confirm permissions for internet use and field trips, etc, and provide information for your listing in the school's annual directory.

Enrollment is a process of signing up for school and proving that you are a resident of District 39. Enrollment only takes place when your child first enters District 39 (Kindergarten, or when you move to Wilmette), and again before entering Grade 5.

Fee Payments and Transportation

You can make fee payments, sign up for Bus Transportation, and make School Lunch program payments through RevTrak.

Please note that although Registration and Fee Payments can both be accessed from this page, they are two totally separate systems, with different logins and different procedures.
