Online payments for School Fees, Transportation (Bus) Fees and Lunch are processed by an outside company, RevTrak, which handles online credit card processing for us.
The RevTrak web site is hosted on a secure server and is safe for financial transactions. You may pay the fees for all of the students within your household at the same time. Pay by eCheck or credit card!

When you visit RevTrak, you will see this page:
The links in the top of the left column are your shopping list of items for which you can choose to pay.
To deposit money on your family lunch account, click "Lunch" in the column on the left, which will bring you to this screen:
(Note: For 2017-18, a $4.95 transaction fee will only be applied at checkout to Instructional Materials Fees.)
Enter your Total Access Username (Family ID) in the “Username (Family ID)” box and your Total Access Password number in the “Total Access Password” box and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" box. You will see the following screen.
If you need to remove items from your account, click on the “Empty” box.
If you have more than one child for whom you need to pay fees, or need to add additional fees to your purchase, click on the “Continue Shopping” link to add more fees.
When you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, click "Go to Checkout".
To pay for Instructional Materials Fees, click on the current year Instructional Materials Fees in the column on the left which will bring you to this screen which lists Instructional Materials by grade level for the current year:
Click on the appropriate grade level and item for your child, which will bring you to this screen:
Enter your child's last name in the Last Name box and their student ID number in the ID box and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" box, which will bring you to this screen:
You can review your shopping cart and either click “Empty”, “Continue Shopping” to add more or “Go To Checkout”
If you click on “Go To Checkout”, you will see the following screen:
If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset feature.
If this is the first time you've paid fees online, enter your email address in the box, click "I am a new customer", and click on "Continue." You will be prompted for your name, address, phone number, and a password which you will create on the screen below. Please remember this password, as you will need it to check your account in the future.
Please keep in mind the following password hints:
- 8 characters or longer
- Include at least one alphabet character
- Include at least one numerical digit
- Passwords ARE case sensitive!
- Do NOT use < ( ' ) >
If you have previously used RevTrak and created a username and password, enter your email address and password and click on "I am a returning customer and my password is" link.
The following screen will display:
When you've clicked "Continue", the following screen will display. If you would like to pay by eCheck, enter your Bank’s Routing Number and Account Number.
If you prefer, click on Pay with a Credit Card. RevTrak accepts Discover, Visa or MasterCard (debit, credit or check card) and enter your Credit Card Number, Cardholder Name and Expiration Date.
Select “Verify Info” and then once verification process is complete, click “Complete Order”
In the final step of your checkout process, please print a receipt to keep a copy for your records. A confirmation email/receipt is also sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided during the payment process.
