By the time a student enters third grade at Central they have had at least 3
experiences or more of being a researcher using the IIM method. These students were especially excited about their research about a chosen topic
taken from Chicago or Wilmette history. So excited that they gave
up their lunch recess time to investigate and find answers to their
questions about such topics as The White Sox Scandal, O'Hare Airport,
and the Columbian Exposition.
