All District 39 Schools Will Be CLOSED Tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 12)
Due to the predicted impact of the approaching winter storm and after careful and thoughtful deliberation, District 39 schools will be closed tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 12) due to inclement weather, travel and safety concerns. Your safety, and that of our students and families, is always our top priority. This will be a true “snow day,” with all schools closed. There will not be e-learning for our students.
D39 staff does not need to report to work, except for custodial and maintenance staff needed for building safety and snow removal. Twelve-month staff may work from home, if their work may be accommodated in this way, or may put in for a personal/vacation day.
